Oficialment: Kevin Hart serà el líder "Oscar" 2019

Al seu instagram, Kevin Hart, ell mateix va compartir notícies sobre la seva cita, va dir que intentaria "fer aquest" Oscar "especial i assenyalat:

"Encara estic sorprès, perquè ha estat un dels meus objectius ... Uneix-te a la llista de líders veritablement llegendaris que van arribar a aquesta escena són increïbles. Sé que la meva mare segueix somrient ".

For years I have been asked if I would ever Host the Oscars and my answer was always the same...I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it’s suppose to. I am so happy to say that the day has finally come for me to host the Oscars. I am blown away simply because this has been a goal on my list for a long time....To be able to join the legendary list of host that have graced that stage is unbelievable. I know my mom is smiling from ear to ear right now. I want to thank my family/friends/fans for supporting me & riding with me all this time....I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one. I appreciate the @TheAcademy for the opportunity ....now it’s time to rise to the occasion #Oscars

Les qualificacions de l'Oscar 2018 han actualitzat l'anti-rècord històric, de manera que l'any que ve la FILUETTE farà diversos canvis en el present any. La durada de la transmissió televisiva de la cerimònia es reduirà a 3 hores, i per accelerar el procediment, en algunes nominacions, les figuretes es lliuraran durant les interrupcions de publicitat.

Es donarà a conèixer una llista completa de nominats per al Premi Oscar el 22 de gener de 2019, la cerimònia de lliurament de premis se celebrarà el proper any el 24 de febrer.
