Actor Kyle Gallner, who participates in the filming "Creek 5", gave an interview with Collider. He claims that the creators of the film took the best thing that was in the first part. Therefore, the new picture will be remarkable:
What I found really wonderful and cool in the script is that there is a lot of special magic, as in the first part. And it is truly cool. I think that people who love the original will understand that they wanted to make the authors of the fifth part, and will be delighted. I really believe in the Tyler Gillletta, because I love "I go to look." And I know Tyler for many years, so I am sure that everything will be fine.
"Creek 5" - the first film of the franchise, over which Wes Craven will not work, who died in 2015. The new film is created by Tyler Gilllett and Matt Battinelli-Olpin. But Gallner is confident that their work will fit the previous paintings. Jenna Ortega, debut in the franchise, agrees with him. She told in an interview with Entertainment Tonight:
When I just started an acting career, I always wanted to play in Horror, so my dream came true. I do not think that there are words in English to express how happy I am excited and nervous. The new film fits perfectly in the franchise. The actors of the main composition gathered again for filming. And I see that in the film there are certain nostalgic notes that send to the previous parts.
