The Deadline website reports that Mbata-Row's Google ("Morning Show", "Black Mirror"), Kirno Shipika ("Cutting the Sabrina's Adventures") and Cole in Apus ("Riverdale") will play the main role in the new film "Bloody Tives". The film will be based on the real events described by Journalist Nathan Geller in the New Yorker edition.
In 1985, a married couple Nancy and Derek Heisoma was killed in the suburb of Virginia. Quite quickly, the main suspects are the daughter of the dead Lizzy (Kinn Shipka) and her beloved Jens (Cole in Apawo). Before they managed to delay and interrogate, a couple runs to Europe and as a result, it is in international wanted list. Detective Reese Risk (Mbat-Row) is obsessed with the desire to complete the case entrusted to it and many years goes on the trail of suspects. Only six years after the crime, the case will be revealed.
Aaron Katz ("Twins") wrote a picture script and remove it as a director. Producer became Fred Berger (La La Land). Shooting dates and premieres are not yet reported. It is planned that the film will be presented next year at the Film Festival in Toronto.
