Producer Jason Blum shared information about the upcoming project. He said that the director of the "Happy Death Day" Christopher Landon, who wrote the scripts of "paranormal phenomena" from the second to the fifth, will write a script and for the seventh part.
We have Chris Landon, who wrote almost all parts of the franchise and took off one of them as a director. It is quite possible to call the project Showranner. Even if the film has some other name, we will all know that in fact it is the seventh part of the "paranormal phenomenon."
Previously, Landon himself in an interview with ComicBook confessed to the love of a franchise:

At the moment, Landon is working on a film of horrors with Vince Voins and Catherine Newton in high roles. According to the plot, the serial killer is changing bodies with a young girl. And she has only 24 hours to fix everything.

The premiere of the film is scheduled for March 2021.
