After the success of the "Invisible Human" Lee Wennell expressed interest in another character from the classic series of horror films Universal - Count Vlad Dracula. Li Wansnell in a few years of work in the horror genre managed to earn a loud name. He was co-author of the franchise "saw", as well as a screenwriter of all parts of the "Astral". The directorial debut took place in 2015 with the film "Astral 3".
The previous attempt of the Universal Studio to return to Dracula to life in the film "Dracula" of 2014, with its cash collecting, put a cross on plans to create a "Universal Dark Universe". Also not too inspired the fans released this year the mini-series BBC about Dracula. Lee Wansnell in a recent interview with Bloody DiSgusting told how he worked on a film about Dracula, if such a task was made before him:
