In a fresh interview with Hey U Guys, the main star of Franchise Harrison Ford commented on the protracted production of the fifth part, and also identified that the upcoming film is thinking about as a very ambitious project, which should be no less spectacular than superhero blockbusters Marvel:
To confess, I do not want to give viewers what they want to see. Instead, I want to do something that all expectations will exceed. It has already become in the habit that the sequels turn around disappointment. But there is no doubt that Marvel films managed to reverse this trend - this is a brilliant example of how in such a situation can be further produced. So we will not make another film about Indiana Jones, until we make sure they can produce Furore. We want this part to become the best. We had some problems with the working schedule and scenario, but we are customized to bring the case to the end, without letting themselves.
The plot of the fifth Indiana Jones is kept secret, but Ford still shared that in the new part in the life of the title hero there will be some changes that will affect his personal life. According to the actor, a certain important aspect in the life of Industo will finally receive his junction.
The premiere of Indiana Jones 5 is still scheduled for July 8, 2021.
