Just a few days ago Ian McKelen noted exactly twenty years since he joined the acting on the set "The Lord of the Rings". In honor of the memorable date, he shared with fans of the franchise by a personal diary, which led during his fantastic travel under the leadership of Peter Jackson.
20 years ago I arrived in New Zealand on the shooting of the "Lord of the Rings". I joined the film crew on January 10, 2000. Throughout this time, I led the magazine, called the blog now. You may like to read about those rapid times,

What should I tell you about the "Brotherhood of the Ring", which I just looked? Of course, much less than you would like. In the prologue, a female voice sounds (guess, whose), who introduces the viewer into the world of Mediterrane, as if Peter Jackson took you by his hand and personally led there. The trip lasted 2 hours 45 minutes, although it seemed to me that it was not more than an hour, it was so exciting.
