Here it is necessary to divide animals on the so-called wild and homely. The thing is that I am an avid doggyman, just before the depths of the soul, I love these devotees sincerely and immensely the person of animals. I myself have these cute creatures. I took them out of the shelter, can these wonderful, glorious guys live, as if criminals in isolation? My dogs are like my own children, they inspire me, every day form me as a full-fledged harmonious person.
As for the animations that came to the movie screen in the animation film "Zverstolis", then here ... Eyes really scatter. Because I was present when creating almost all the images and characters of this film, I am close and the roads every road, regardless of it, or small, solid, weighty, or so - passing a character. Take, for example, slogans, we introduced these advanced little animals in your film. Retell that they do in our comedy - spoil the feeling from what he seen, one thing I can say: the sloths are wearing a miracle as good, this is almost a separate story. But still my favorite became an antilope GNU, this amazing animal managed to conquer everyone and everyone who somehow worked on our film "Zverdlopolis". But what exactly - see ourselves, our film is very soon coming to your movie screens.
In your film a variety of animals, everything is as one anthropomorphic, that is, they go like people, live in homes, like people and enjoy all the benefits of civilization. How important was all these animals to settle in diametral locations, which are somehow "attached" to real areas?
Ensuring a film about animals and not to endow them with human qualities - it is to shoot the documentary of the world of the jungle or our forests. But we have animals - there is a secondary, between real people and real animals. You are absolutely right, we tried to create an animal world that exists in human laws. So that individual comic moments and plot turns looked deliberately and ridiculous. As for locations, it had to sweat. After all, our world "broke" and in size, we have locations for animals of large, there are corners provided for for medium-sized animals, there are locations that are inhabited by small beast. And this very diversity pushed us to thoughts: and that if the locations are due to some geographic references. Mountains and valleys, or some conditional Siberia, in which the primed main antipod paintings live, that is, brown bears.
I remember, several years ago Stephen Spielberg "focused" the death of the empire blockbuster. They say, everything, the era of the animation blockbuster approached the end. What do you think do you think the sunset of great animation in the movies?
Before answering this quite a serious and good question, let us analyze the modern market for animation products. What is dominated here now? Beautiful picture, technologically corrected, catchy engineering move, visual effect, have anyone not designed and not used by colleagues? No, only the story today moves the "picture", only the advanced, fascinating, the striking plot base of the film is able to "start" the mechanism of production film. And then the process of "revival" ideas begins to revive creative ideas. And technology here is on the second, or even third place. For me, so the passion is only visual effects - it's not losing, then not advantageous. If the story is so-so, but at the same time it is closed in the mighty armor of a bright visual spectacle, she does not have a big future.
Animation blockbuster market is extremely sensitive, responsive to all external influences. In the history of animation cinema there were also their ups, and falls.
