The British magazine Digital Spy conducted a survey among his readers to determine the most popular serials of the XXI century. The first place on the results of the survey took the series "Game of Thrones". The actor Richard Brake, starring in him, commented on this result for the magazine:
Honestly, I am incredibly flattened: a) such a result of a survey, b) that was part of this series. This is a really special series in the history of television.

Despite the fact that over the past 20 years there were many stunning TV shows, it is not difficult to understand why the first place at the "Game of Thrones". With 269 awards all over the world, this series really raised the bar for the whole genre. In addition, I am pleased to see that the Top-10 includes purely English TV shows, such as "Geevin and Stacy", which ended over 10 years ago, and the "Best Break of Britain", whose action unfolds around baking. This shows that typically British humor has a special response from the public.
