According to the writers, in the center of Spin-Off was a female team of elusive avengers: Catherine McNamara in the role of Mia Cyen (a new green boom), Katie Cassidi in the role of Laurel Lance and Juliana Harkavi as a canary. The film was to turn around in 2040. Laurel Lance (Cassidy) from Earth-2 goes to the Russian city's free from crime to recruit Dina Drake (Harcavi) and Miu - adult daughter Oliver Quina and Felicity Smok - for the mission to save the city.
