Although the trilogy-prequel "Star Wars" is often regarded as a weak, master Jedi Mace Windows, played by Samuel L. Jackson, for many fans is one of the favorite characters in the whole saga. According to Canon, Mace died in the episode "Sitchov Revenge" from the hands of Anakina Skywalker and Darth Sidius / Palpatine, but Jackson refuses to believe that his character finally gone into oblivion. Recently, the actor responded to questions of fans when mediated by Entertainment Weekly.
When he was asked who belonged to the idea to kill Mace, Jackson replied:
As it often happened, Jorge Lucas insulted on Mace Mace's murder. He said that in previous films, he had already killed many other important characters, so, in the "revenge of Sith, my hero is also doomed to death. I tried to figure it out. "Are you serious?
