The performer of the role of Hoomelander in the TV series "Guats" Anthony Starr gave an interview to the ComicBook portal, in which he spoke about the prospects of his character in the second season of the television show, as well as on the features of the new series. In the debut season, Homelander was noted by some strange habits, which, after the death of Stillwell, perhaps the end will come. However, Starr noted that new bizarre features may appear in the behavior of his hero:
Of course, he will always look for someone for the role of mommy or daddy. Now life began without Stillwell, but what does it mean? What do you do when you stay alone? As you might notice in trailers, some new interesting habits appeared at Homelander - I think I'm not spoileed anything now. I saw a lot on social networks. People are curious how this line will develop, but the season will definitely get cheerful. I look forward to when people see what happens to this character.
In general, the new season will largely be a reflection of the first, only with an elevated degree of madness and wit. As Eric Crypt said [Showranner], we are trying not to increase the scale, but to achieve new depths. So our goal is to shift accents and submit a new perspective. In fact, the second season will be an internal journey - for the actors and the entire creative team it became a test. But we are confident that I achieved the desired result.
