Netflix's stream service through its official account in Twitter announced the launch into the production of another TV series from the Witcher Universe. We are talking about the prehistory of the original, which was named The Witcher: Blood Origin, that is, "The Witcher: the origins of the blood." According to the announcement, the new show will show events that have placed long before Geral Alti (Henry Kavill):
1200 years before Geralhal from Rivia, the world of monsters, people and elves merged together, and the first witcher was born. Announce "Witcher: blood sources", action from six parts, which will be the spin-off of the series from Declan De Barra and Lauren Schmidt Horsrik.

It is worth noting that in this mysterious message, there is a reference to an important event from the fantasy cycle of Angea Sapkovsky - it's about such a phenomenon as a pair of spheres.
