Nina Dobrev signed a contract for the execution of the leader in the Thriller "Woman 99". The series is based on the Book of Mirrier McAllister, published last year. Dobrev will also be a producer of the series together with the producer company Made Up Stories. Makallister will perform as a consultant.
In the historical novel (and the series), "Woman 99" tells about Charlotte Smith, whose future is planned by relatives for years ahead. But the nervous breakdown of her beloved Fibi sisters and the placement of her in a psychiatric hospital changes everything. Charlotte guesses that in this story is not so simple. And, abandoning his name, penetrates the hospital to save his sister, becoming a sick "Woman 99". She recognizes the terrible secrets of this place, but will she get out to be out, so that they share?
Dobrev says about the upcoming role:
Film "Women 99" became a dream. It is very important to tell the stories written by women, about women, for women. Unfortunately, the story continues to repeat. Roman explores the topics of social inequality and injustice that are relevant and across the century after the time described in the novel.
