Edition Entertainment Weekly shared in three exclusive frames from the upcoming series "Utopia" produced by Amazon. This project will be a restart of the British show of the same name, which was broadcast in 2013-2014. At the first of the published pictures, the quartet of the main characters is captured - these are the jacket fans of comics, in the hands of which it turns out the manuscript of the graphics novel "Utopia Experiments". It is believed that this book contains the predictions of the most terrible events in the history of mankind.
Creant to the "Utopia experiments", the fourth of the characters turns out to be at the mysterious organization "Network" - this is a group of killers who follow that the cherished book remains unread. The chief heroes joined the girl named Jessica Heid, who behaves the search for the disappeared father and believes that in this matter it can help the prophetic comic.
Showranner "Utopia" will be Gillian Flynn, famous as the Writer Thriller "Disappeared" with Ben Affleck, as well as the series "Acute Items". According to Flynn, she decided to recycle the original "utopia", creating a more "dynamic, dirty, frantic and realistic story." At the same time, Showranner noted that in his version she decided to focus on all sorts of riddles and conspiracies. To do this, a new hero was added to the plot, which John Cusak will play.
The premiere of "Utopia" will take place on Amazon Prime Video in the fall of this year. The specific date has not yet been announced.
