The FX channel officially confirmed that the American Horror History will have spin-off called "American Horror History". The new project will be an anthology, where each series will tell its history, as in the Black Mirror or the Twilight Zone. The channel has already ordered the creation of the first season of the new project.
Previously, the premiere of the 10th season of the American Horror History was transferred to 2021. Traditionally, the new season showed closer to Halloween. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, the shooting is postponed. According to one of the creators of the series Ryan Murphy, it is necessary for shooting certain weather conditions. Therefore, there is a chance that this year it will not work out. In this case, the series team prepares a backup option with a new season scenario, which will tell another story, and it will not depend on weather conditions.
In addition, the FX channel made public a list of its projects for the upcoming television season. It has more than a dozen different TV shows, artistic and documentaries. In addition to new projects, the channel plans to re-show some previously released series, such as Fargo and in Philadelphia, are always sunny.
