The third season of the "Wild West World" ended earlier this week, but it seems that the HBO series is still far from the end. Shortly before the release of the final episode of the third season, it was confirmed that the "Wild West World" was extended for the fourth season. Moreover, according to the information, the creators of the series represented by Johnatan Nolana and Lisa Joy, a total of six seasons plan. For comments on this, they turned directly to Nolan, but it turned out that with the future TV show is not so simple.
In an interview with Variety, Nolan said:
Well, I just want to clarify that in fact, with Liza, I never discussed the number of seasons. In the course of the first season, when we went for a break, James Marsden mentioned about five seasons, and later began to receive information about the transactions and the rest. But in fact, we never spoke out loud about how the number of seasons seems to us optimal because it would be stupid. Everything changes, circumstances change. I think when we started working on the show, we did not fully realize how difficult it is to [laughs] how many years will need to create each season. So we do not have any specific plans, but even if they were, we hardly become a precise number of seasons for themselves.
Nolan added that for a writer, for example, it is ridiculous to say that it is going to write a novel by 436 pages, "exactly also for the creators of the series would be strange to artificially limit the creative process.
In the meantime, fans of the "Wild West World" remains to wait for the fourth season. It is still unknown when HBO is going to start shooting new series - especially taking into account the coronavirus pandemic. The date of the premiere of the season number 4 is also not yet.
