During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the role of Claire Fraser Katrina Balf noted that the creators of the series are very careful with how bed scenes are removed because they want to exclude objectification in any form. True, any fan of "strank" knows that sexual moments between Jamie and Claire look very balanced, and none of the characters take attention to themselves.
As the actress stated, "typical sexual scenes on television, mostly, show the female body, and, as a rule, you like it." But in the "Stranger" all the action is aimed at "showing a couple of equally valued each other and enjoying each other of people."
At the same time, the balf emphasized that it is important to "be careful and not to start objectifying men." The actress believes that the uniqueness of the series lies in the fact that each in a pair is paid to equal time, and the viewer sees both male and female pleasure.
And with Katrina hard disagree. The Starz series really treated his heroes respectfully, and the fifth season of the show was no exception. New episodes of "strangers" come out on Sundays.
