George and Amal Clooney announced that they would make a big donation to assist in Lebanon after more than 100 people died as a result of a powerful explosion in Beirut, at home of Amal.
As a result of the explosion on Tuesday, August 4, at least 135 people were killed and 5,000 people were injured.
We are both deeply concerned about the fate of Beirut's inhabitants and the loss with which they encountered these days. We chose three charitable organizations that have substantial location assistance: the Lebanese Red Cross, Impact Lebanon and Baytna Baytak. We donate 100,000 dollars with these organizations and hope that other people will also help them than they can
