The 31-year-old singer published in a personal blog of one of the social networks post, which dedicated the law on equality. The star noted that he was very worried about the adoption of this bill. "Yes! Crossed fingers and pray that the Senate consider the rights of trans- and LGBT communities as basic human rights! " - wrote a singer.
Taylor Swift is a longtime supporter of equality. She actively advocates the rights of the LGBT communities and even publicly condemned the position of the former President of America Donald Trump. "Until recently, I did not understand what I could perform the community, part of which I am not," said the singer earlier.
Moreover, Taylor Swift has released a clip for the song You Need to Calm Down, which ended with the call to sign the petition in support of the equality law.
