Executive Producer and Writer's "Guys" series Eric Kripk gave an interview with TVLine edition, answering a number of issues in connection with the second season of the show. Recall, last Friday came out the penultimate episode, while the final series will be available for viewing on October 9. In particular, the crypt was asked to tell what to prepare the audience in the upcoming episode. He answered:
I think the eighth series will be a damn cruel battle. Want to believe, you want no, but this episode is my beloved in the whole show, in both seasons. Butchera is to be in an extremely dangerous place, because on his shoulder sits the devil himself, who is his father. At the end of the penultimate series, the Butcher learns that it makes no sense to do everything as expected and follow the letter of the law. Apparently, the only way to achieve his own - become the same as a bad man as his father. Butcher will enter the eighth series precisely with such a set. We will have to seriously worry about the humanity of the boother and that it means for the rest of the team.
Previously, in the second season, Billy Butchera (Karl Urban) happened to meet again with his father Samuel (John Noble), who actually turned out to be, to put it mildly, not the most pleasant person. Butcher, however, fell under the influence of the Father, so now the further behavior of the leader of the guys to predict is difficult.
