Despite the fact that earlier Netflix service extended the series "Glitter" on the fourth season, the other day it was decided to close the project. As a reason for such a solution, a coronavirus pandemic is called. The representative of Netflix said:
We have taken a difficult decision not to launch the fourth season of the series "Glitter" due to coronavirus. Security protocols make a particularly difficult task of shooting such a show with a large number of physical contacts of a large number of actors. We are very grateful to Liz Flahive, Carlie Mesen, Jengi Kohan and all screenwriters, actors and film crews for the fact that they shared the story of incredible women with us and the whole world.
Showranner project Flahive and Mensha said:
Coronavirus kills people. This is a national tragedy, and we must focus on it. Also Coronavirus torn out the production of our series. Netflix decided not to complete the shooting of the last season "Brilliance". We were given creative freedom to create complex comedies of women and tell their stories. Now this is not. There are worst things in the world than this, but still very sorry that we will not see these fifteen women together in the frame. We will miss our heroic team. It was the best job.
Showing the third season "Bright" started in August 2019. Six weeks later, the extension of the series on the fourth season was announced, which was supposed to become final. If the spring was not stopped in the spring because of the pandemic, then the final season can be expected at the end of this year.
