Showranner "Ghosts Manor Blai" spoke about the connection and difference with the "ghosts of the house on the hill"

In a small vocabulary, director and screenwriter Mike Flanegan shed light on how his new project "Ghosts of the Manor Blai" will be ideological continuation of the horror series "Ghosts at home on a hill". If the creators took the same way in the first part of the Anthology as the basis of the Schirley Jackson, now Flaneghan and his team focused on the works of Henry James. Commenting on the characteristics of the "signs of the estate of Blya," Showranner said:

As in the "ghosts of the house on the hill", I first wanted to play with the theme of ghosts, which act as an expression of emotional wounds in us. I wonder how the past and the present can overlap with each other. These moments interact do not interact as the falling bones of Domino, but as scattering confetti.

Although the "ghosts of the house on the hill" narrate about a very cohesive family, "the estate of Bly" will tell about strangers, that is, about the family that is in the process of becoming. All people inhabiting Bly have a completely different origin. They will come to know each other through friendship, tension, conflict and love. A distinctive feature of the "Manor of Bly" is that it is, in fact, a gothic love story.

The actions of the "ghosts of the History of Bly" will turn out in the 1980s. In the center of the plot there will be a young woman Dany Clayton (Victoria Pedretti), which is hired as a governess for two restless children. All nine episodes of the new series will be available on Netflix from October 9.
