Artist leadership and executive producer of the series "Ozarka" Jason Beitman gave an interview with IndieWire, which spoke about the work on the upcoming fourth season of the series. The new season will consist of 14 episodes and divided into two sevenoneous parts, the show of which will be separated in time.
We are going to start on November 9th. Preparation for the top of the shooting is on the plan, we study the rules and security protocols, which will follow when shooting. We have a lot of security consultants, and we are learning a lot from already running projects. But I am ready to argue, it will be difficult for us, sooner or later we will get a positive feedback from someone from the film crew. How many measures we take, but each of the group is returning to the family, which should not be taken careful quarantine. So the chances are that the virus can somehow penetrate the set.
Previously, Beitman in every season was the director at least two first episodes of the season. But due to the security measures associated with the coronavirus pandemic, in the fourth season it looks unlikely.
As usual, I was going to shoot the first two episodes, but the producers made me think as far as the security protocols corresponds to one of the actors at the same time and director. After all, if someone gets sick, we will have to interrupt shooting for several weeks. So it seemed to me unreasonable to insist that I was also a director.
