It is reported that the upcoming picture will tell about the history of the formation of Riddick. Studio Universal began developing this project back in 2013, when the previous film of the Riddic series was released on the screens.
In July last year, Diesel shared that the scenario of the new Riddick was almost completed, bearing in mind that over the next ten months, the text will rule and be finalized with Universal. As in the case of all previous parts, the leading screenwriter and director of the upcoming film will be David Tui. It is assumed that Riddick 4 will receive an "adult" rating R.
