Alina Artc : Hello, Christina! Tell me what the secret lies in your success?
Christina Aguilera : Everyone has their own way to success. For me, this is a devotion to my inner "I", which helps me always stay honest with myself. This honesty is expressed in everything: in my music, in projects, including in the project The Voice (voice). I gave my heart and soul to my beloved business and I believe that the basis of all the basics is born from the creative strength of love. In my opinion, the secret of success is to surrender to the beloved thing with all the soul, because when you laid out on the full, people see and appreciate it.
Alina Artc : In Lotus album, what exactly is your honesty with yourself?
Christina Aguilera : For me, Lotus is a personification of some invincible strength. This is a resistant flower, which remains durable and beautiful, despite the hardest habitat, weather conditions and heavy times. I have been working in the sphere of show business, and, like any successful artist, who passed the test of time, I had both ups and falls. The most important thing is how a person copes with failures, as it comes out of the most complex life situations and continues to flourish, like a flower. This is the moment of inner freedom, lightness and holiday, so I wanted to call Lotus album. This is a kind of feast of evolution dedicated to everything that led me to that personality, which I am today, and continues to behave further.
Alina Artc : What makes you happy exactly today, at this stage of your career and life path?
Christina Aguilera : My son. Creativity and everything connected with him, of course, occupies a huge part of my life and needs constant development and move forward. But nothing can eclipse the smile of my son. When I return home from work, having survived the next chaotic day of stress, it is only to tell him some kind of cute phrase, as my life is again illuminated, every side of it. He instills hope and continues to inspire. Any mom will understand me. My creativity is an integral part of my soul, but nothing can make me happier than my son.
Alina Artc : Would you be happy if your son went to your footsteps?
Christina Aguilera : I will be happy if he is happy, and it does not matter what he wants to do. If he wants to be a musician, for what he has, by the way, there are prerequisites, why don't he become? It grows in a very musical and open to the manifestation of the creative potential of the atmosphere, where the individuality is only welcomed. So he can do what he wants. Most likely, it will be a creative sphere. He is a very charismatic and funny guy. And so that it makes him happy, will make it happy and me if he, of course, will work.
Alina Artc : So that you advise a person who decided to go in the footsteps of Christina Aguilers?
Christina Aguilera : On the program "Voice" I often answer this question to everyone who wants to achieve success. The artist must sincerely want to need and crave to be in this area. It requires effort, and I do not get tired to warn people about what they see on the TV screen is a final product, the path to which it runs at all with a chic and not with glitter. This requires incredible efforts, constant travel and tour, which are extinguished. But still, it is wonderful - to know what is intended to do something in this life, and be able to give your love and your passion around. I am an absolute perfectionist, and every detail is important to me. Using the opportunity to participate in the program, I always say to the participants: Know what you need it. It is not enough to enter the open door, it is important not to miss the opportunity and defend all the best in yourself when you are already there.
Alina Artc : How would you look at myself with the eyes of 21-year-old Christina Aguilers? To surprise you?
Christina Aguilera : Surprised me? You know, I am surprised by something every day. Life is unpredictable, and every day we live as a lesson from which the most important thing should be taken out. In his interview, I always openly talking about grew up in a rather chaotic environment, traveling a lot with my military father. I have never had a safe "nest" and a permanent native home. And in childhood I understood that life is a very unpredictable thing, and perhaps it determined my further life principles for which I live now. I realized that life would live - do not go. And today, when I have passed enough, evaluating your experience and inner growth, I think that now I am at the stage of absolute happiness and balance.
