He confirmed that the coronavirus pandemic did not affect the channel's plans and the series is preparing for launch in 2022. The order for Spin-Off the series "The Game of Thrones" appeared in 2019. The 10-serial project shusners will be Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapkeeper. They and George Martin will perform as executive producers. "House of the Dragon" will tell the history of the house of Targareyov for 300 years before the events of the "Games of the Thrones".
Casting currently passes for the series. Other details about the project is not disclosed. Previously, George Martin wrote in his blog that the work on Printer would not prevent him from completing the expected novel "Wind Wind":
