At the next meeting, Johnny Depp said that his ex-wife Amber Herd called the actor James Franco's "rapist."
During the court's meeting on the case of a slander from a number of newspapers, which they wrote that Depp beat his wife, Johnny asked about the period when in 2015 the Ember agreed to act in the film "Adderlovy Diaries" along with the actor James Franco.
Johnny said he was "shocked" from this and experienced jealousy.

The judge clarified whether the Amber Franco called is the "rapist", because it is a "very serious statement." Johnny replied:
