Demi Lovato boasts a blue giu-jitsu belt

Lovato says that it has long been fond of various types of martial arts, but recently devotes more than his time Jiu-Jitsu. "I am delighted with what got a blue belt! I really loved Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for about a year ago and since then I train twice a week, "the singer wrote in Instagram.
