In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Wild West Welder Showranner Jonathan Nolan explained such an original ventrant to the "Games of Thrones":
Dan and David are our friends, they are amazing people. They gave us huge support when we launched our show, as well as George R.R. Martin. George has repeatedly played us to make an episode crossover.
