Metacritic review aggregator published a preliminary short list of the most successful serials of the outgoing decade. Since in the case of the TV show, the assessment is also changing as all new seasons are released, the resource has focused on how the frequency of one or another show is in the final ratings of authoritative publications.
According to this algorithm, the first TV show receives 3 points, for the second - 2 points, for places from 3 to 10 in the list of ten and less positions - 1 point. Another 0.5 point show receives in the event that it appears among the 20 best in the list without a clear distribution of places or in the top 10, where the genre division is valid for drama and comedy.
Currently, a dozen of the best serials of the 2010s according to Metacritic looks like this:

"Left" - 9.5 points
"Americans" - 9.5 points
"Atlanta" - 8.5 points
"In the best world" - 8 points
"Game of Thrones" - 7.5 points
"Madness" - 6 points

"Parks and recreation areas" - 4 points
