In the center of the plot - a girl named Anol, who is the younger sister of the famous owner of Sherlock Holmes and Mycroft. The title heroine will start looking for a suddenly missing mother, trying to escape from the brothers who want to send it a female boarding school.
The "Enolat Holmes" will form the same name of the book series of the American writer Nancy Springer. This cycle consists of six novels that have come out from 2006 to 2010. The title role in the film is performed by the star of "very strange cases" of Milli Bobby Brown.
