Netflix unveiled a short teaser of the fourth season of the series "Crown". In addition to Queen Elizabeth II in Teaser, the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson) and Princess Diana (Emma Corront) were also shown. As well as the date of the premiere of the season on the service - 15th of November.
The official synopsis of the fourth season says:
As the 1970s approached the end, the Queen of Elizabeth (Olivia Colman) and her family are increasingly worried about the preservation of continuity, selecting a suitable bride for Prince Charles (Josh O'Connor), who is still not married to his 30 years. The nation begins to feel the impact of economic policies held by the first woman by the Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Between her and the queen arises intensity, which only enhances when Thatcher involves the country in the Falkland War, giving rise to the conflict inside the Commonwealth. While the Roman Prince Charles with the young Diana Spencer is served by the people as a magic and so necessary fairy tale, behind the closed doors of the contradiction inside the royal family continue to grow.
The fourth season of the series "Crown" continued shooting a week after the introduction of quarantine, which made it possible to compose all the material necessary for the season. At least Showranner Peter Morgan and stated that, due to the reduction of the shooting process, some scenes had to change at the post-stage stage.
