In the official Twitter account of the Franchise "Avatar" published fresh photos from filming. On one actress Sigurni Water floats under water, and the other smiles and shows the thumbs, satisfied with the work done. Fans remember that the character Water, Dr. Grace Augustine, died in the film "Avatar" of 2009, so her appearance in the pictures can confuse. But the director James Cameron explained this back in 2014 in an interview with Deadline:
We are good friends who have always been well working together. Therefore, it seemed right to me that she would be removed in the sequelch. Her heroine Grace Augustine died in the first film, so in the following paintings, she will play another and in many ways a more complex character. We are both looking forward to a new creative task, a new chapter in our cooperation.
Avatar 2 will also return the actors of the first film Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldan, Giovanni Ribizi, Stephen Lang, Joel David Moore and Dilip Rao.

Due to the delay in the shooting associated with the coronavirus pandemic, the dates of the premier of the films were shifted for a year. Earlier, Avatar 2 was supposed to reach the screens on December 17, 2021, but now the premiere will be held on December 16, 2022. The rest of the films will learn every two years.
