Officially: Kevin Hart will be the leading "Oscar" 2019

In his Instagram, Kevin Hart himself shared the news about his appointment, said it would try to "make this" Oscar "special and noted:

"I'm still shocked, because it has long been one of my goals ... Join the list of truly legendary leaders who came to this scene are incredible. I know my mother is still smiling. "

For years I have been asked if I would ever Host the Oscars and my answer was always the same...I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it’s suppose to. I am so happy to say that the day has finally come for me to host the Oscars. I am blown away simply because this has been a goal on my list for a long time....To be able to join the legendary list of host that have graced that stage is unbelievable. I know my mom is smiling from ear to ear right now. I want to thank my family/friends/fans for supporting me & riding with me all this time....I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one. I appreciate the @TheAcademy for the opportunity ....now it’s time to rise to the occasion #Oscars

Oscar ratings 2018 have updated the historical anti-record, so next year the Filuette will make several changes to the present year. The duration of the television broadcast of the ceremony will be reduced to 3 hours, and to speed up the procedure, in some nominations, the figurines will be handed over during advertising interruptions.

A full list of nominees for the Oscar Award will be announced on January 22, 2019, the awards ceremony itself will be held next year on February 24.
