Working with the International Committee of Salvation, the actors met with Syrian and Afghan refugees who are now forced to live in specially built camps in Greece. After talking with the victims of the war, the actors released a joint statement for the press, calling Greece - and the world community as a whole - to provide refugees any post help.
"These smart, hardworking people just want to go home," said Lina Hidi after meeting with the Syrian woman who left home along with three young children and now trying to meet with her husband, who was in Germany and whom she had not seen 18 months. "They want to return to their communities to their neighbors. They want their children to continue to study at school. But they are stuck in someone else's country. They are very bad. We can make their life better. We have to make their life better. "
