Director "Shazama!" David F. Sandberg continues to merge fans. This time, the director published a comic video on Reddit, in which the ending of the sequel is allegedly described.
The video says that heroes at some point find Batman's raincoat (Ben Affleck), after which Billy Batson (Esher Angel) says: "I suppose the real league of justice is friends we found", thereby hinting on Joining Shazama (Zakari Lay) to the composition of the superhero team DC, where, in addition to the dark knight, includes Superman (Henry Cowill), a wonderful woman (Gal Gadot), Flash (Ezra Miller), Cyborg (Ray Fisher) and Aquamen (Jason Momoa).
Sandberg will start shooting the continuation already in May of this year. The second part will return the entire main acting team of the original, and among the beginners - the star of the upcoming remake of the Westside History Rachel Zegler, as well as Lucy Lew ("Charlie Angels") and Helen Mirren (Queen). The latter will play Calypso and Heseris - the insidious daughters of the Greek Titan of Atlas, which is one of the sources of the main hero. The details of the scene of the second part are not yet specified.
Premiere "Shazam! The rage of the gods will be held on June 1, 2023.
