The 45-year-old singer has already given recommendations to the real estate, which is engaged in the search for housing. As clarifies the publication "Den.Ru", Semenovich chose a trendy area in the modern part of Istanbul. The star admitted that she needed not very large in the Studio apartment area. However, one of the important points was the view from the apartment: Semenovich wished accommodation overlooking the Bosphorus. "Walking through the streets, I suddenly realized that it was my place, and that I would like to have a cozy little studio here," the singer admitted.
In addition, the singer really liked the climate in this country. She noted that here the most comfortable temperature and humidity of the air. And if the star wants to soak in the rays of the hot sun, he can take a plane. "You can reach the sea by plane for only an hour," the artist noted with delight.
