The comedy series "Momash" from the Creator of the "Theory of Big Explosion" Chuck Lorri will complete its eight-year history. CBS TV channel decided to close the project, and the eighth season will become final. This is reported by ComicBook edition.
"We had a great honor over the past eight years to implement these wonderful characters in the last eight years, dividing their struggles and victories with millions of spectators," says the creators of Chaca Lorri show, Gemma Baker and Nicky Beke.
In February 2019, the CBS TV channel extended the "Mamasha" at once for two seasons - the seventh and eighth. But shortly before the start of the shooting of the eighth season, Actress Anna Faris, who played a major role, left the show. Despite the fact that the project still remained the second title star Ellison Jenny, many fans of Sitkom were difficult to imagine how it would continue without Faris.
The series "Mamash" tells about the mother of a single Christie Plankett, coping with alcohol and drug addiction. The life of a woman complicates her mother Bonnie, who in the past had similar problems, as well as a young pregnant daughter Violet.
