Nelshan Ellis from the series "Real Blood" died at the age of 39

The official cause of death has not yet been established, but it is known that recently the actor complained about the heart problems. Casting "Real Blood" and Keltsan's colleagues for other serials and films have already expressed their condolences in connection with the tragic news.

"For me, it was a real honor to work with an incredibly talented and infinitely good nonsense," Anna Pakuin wrote, the star of the "real blood". "I am devastated by his untimely death."

Crushed today by the loss of my friend and castmate Nelsan Ellis. He was a wonderful person, a pioneer, and a one of a kind artist. Watching him work was like watching someone channel a spirit. It was mesmerizing. RIP

Kevin Alejandro, who in the "real blood" played the boyfriend Hero of Ellis, also expressed condolences in social networks, sharing the scene from the series and writing: "I have no words ... My heart is broken ... It's peaceful with peace, my friend."

One of the last works of Ellis was the role in the fifth season of the series "Elementary" (Elementary). The condolences were published in the official twitter account of the project - the producers of the series stressed that Ellis "will forever remain a member of the elementary family."

Just got word that we lost @nelsanellisofficial. My heart breaks for his kids and family. #RIPNelsanEllis. #brillIantactor #trueblood #getonup #thesoloist #thehelp. The first time I met him was on the set of the soloist and we were at rehearsal with a lot of the homeless cast members, and Nelsan was playing our counselor. He walked in wearing a pair of fitted camo cargo pants, a pristine white tshirt, a beret, and a denim jacket. Needless to say he was gorgeous, sexy. But his talent had me speechless.
