In the latest interview with El Break de Las 7, 59-year-old Antonio Banderas spoke about his relationship with a 62-year-old former wife.
Banderas and Melanie Griffith got married in 1996. The couple consisted in marital relations for almost 20 years, but in 2014, Melanie filed for a divorce, as a reason to indicating "irreconcilable disagreements". In 2015, the actors finally broke up.
But, as can be judged by Antonio, he stores warm memories of family life with Griffith and supports relationships with her.
I think we both do not want to just bury 20 years of marriage. Still, we are people, we make mistakes, this is an ordinary human phenomenon. My life from Melanie was beautiful. We spent 20 wonderful years during which you gave each other all the best, we had wonderful moments that I would never forget,
