Tell us about your role and about the movie "Contribution"?
- The film is removed from the same name of Leonid Yuzfovich. We started shooting in February last year, and our entire process went about 4 weeks. The film represents a detective against the background of the civil war - this is the introductory circumstances. And my character, Anatoly Pepeliaev, is a young general who takes Perm at the beginning of the film. This, by the way, is the real fact of his biography. During the development of Perm, he calls to itself the remaining rich inhabitants of the city and asks to materialize his army. But it faces certain difficulties, in particular, with theft of diamond during one of the assembly. Most of the picture occurs in a closed space, because he does not release anyone. And on this, in fact, the entire intrigue is being built.
Are you close to the topic, era or events taking place in the film?
- This topic is very close to the director. Well, I was interested to look at all from the side. As an actor, it is interesting to observe and track the extreme manifestations of people and the circumstances that people bring to them. Here, actions occur during the Civil War, when it is not clear who to whom the enemy, and who is a native person.
That is, you are more interested in the psychological component of your image, rather than the atmosphere of what is happening, scenery and all other entourage?
- Yes, of course, like any actor. I believe that atmosphericness and entourage lie on other workshops of production. I do not care, the character what era to play. The point is not in costumes, but still in an interesting scenario.
Is there a role that you would really like to play, but not yet succeeded?
- Usually I have some internal acting needs and desires, but they are no longer associated with some particular character, but rather with manifestations. Honestly, I never played a woman. I would like to play any characteristic role in the form of a woman. Not some definite figure, but necessarily texture. I am interested in roles with reincarnation. I am interested in changing. And I would like to change dramatically, but unfortunately, now our filmmaker is not at such a stage of development when it can afford it.
Do you allocate any of your already played roles?
- No never. One way or another, you still invest in each role, somewhere more, somewhere less. Share all your resources accumulated at the moment. In each role there is a particle of your experiences, thoughts, pain or fears.
Tell us about those movies, with your participation, which are planned to be out of the near future?
- Now Anna Karenina is removed by Karen Shakhnzarov. We started in October, and finish in mid-July. I play Vronsky. I hope, Sergei Sunkin Sunkin Sunkin Sunkin Sunkin Sunkin Movie will soon be released. True, I play a little role there.
