The Variety portal reports that Netflix's stream service acquired the rights to the postpocalyptic thriller called Dark Days at the Magna Carha. Blake Lively will play the main role ("Gossings", "Green Lantern"). The director of the project will be Sean Levi ("Night in the Museum", "then live yourself", "very strange things"). Liveli and Levi will also perform the producers of this film. It is reported that in case of success of the first part, the studio has a plan to turn history into a trilogy.
For the script of the film answers the debutant Michael Paisley. From the clerk in the acting agency, he Doros to the assistant on the set "Witcher", and now he got a chance to create a script for Netflix.
The plot parts are not disclosed. It is known that the action will occur after some kind of global catastrophe, because of which the main heroine will have to make incredible efforts to save their family. The shooting is presumably started after removing all the limitations caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
