Judging by the photo, the scenes corresponding to the original history of this superhero from comics are taken in Nepal - after the automotive accident, the once brilliant neurosurgeon was injured and lost opportunities to operate. Having spent all its state in search of treatment, Strøndzh travels around the world and finds himself in Nepal, where the mysterious mentor teaches his magic.
Recall, Cumberbetchu's company in "Dr. Strøndzh" will make other stars - Tilda Suinton as a doctor's instruction and Rachel Makadams as his beloved.
