Producer Frank Marshall gave an interview in which he told that the franchise about Jason Born is waiting in the near future. The world was founded on the trilogy of Robert Ladlama on the adventures of an incredibly talented CIA agent. In 2002, the film "Born Identification" was released on the screens with Matt Damon in the lead role. After the success of the picture, two continuations were followed - "The Superiority of Born" 2004 and the Ultimatum Born "2007. The success of the paintings led to the fact that the cycle of Romanov about Borne continued. After the death of Ladlama, he creates another author, Eric Van Lastbader. At the moment, the cycle has already 15 novels.
Having decided to restart the franchise, the studio Universal released the film "The Evolution of Born" in 2012, in which Born was only in the title, but told the ribbon about the presence of another agent. Real Born and Matt Damon returned to the audience at the 2016 tape "Jason Born". Marshall says:
I like a series of films about Borne. I think now for different directors a good opportunity to come to us. I hope that we can find a new story and a new director.
