The role of unbalanced Yupef Patrick Bitman in the criminal drama "American Psychopath" is considered to be one of the best works in the career of Christian Bale. The film was released twenty years ago, but he still does not lose relevance. Moreover, some details of creating this picture are detected only now. So, in a conversation with Entertainment Weekly, the director of "American Psychopaths" Mary Hirron said that during the filming of the famous scene of the murder with the help of an ax, Jared Summer did not suspect that Baleh would rush so unexpectedly:
We decided to decide the rehearsal of the scene of the murder, hiss it from Jared. Christian also did not give birth as he intends to play, thereby seeking the effect of surprise. When after the phrase "Hey, Paul!" Jared turns around and sees that Christian rushed to him with an ax at the ready, the expression of shock on his face is completely genuine.
Shooting this scene was carried out all evening long. At the same time, frames were made with a summer lying in a puddle of artificial blood, while Bale was revealed by a personal triumph. Hirron admits that it remained very pleased with how everything was great:
It was one of those scenes when all the details came together. The will of the case of a blood spray spray only one side of Christian's face.
