In this aspect, the second season will inherit the first, while Favro stoled that the timing of the upcoming series most likely will be different. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he said:
Yes, the second season will have eight episodes, but it is possible that this year their length will vary.
Note that the shortest episode of the first season "Mandalortz" lasted 31 minutes, while the final series became the longest - 48 minutes. Given almost 20-minute vibrations in the timing and the fact that the episodes are unlikely to be shorter than 30 minutes, Favro may be in mind that some series in the second season will go for about an hour.
