Teaser suggests that the authoritarian community, the hints for which appeared both in the "walking dead" and in his spin-off "be afraid of the walking dead" will be fully shown. By the way, it was representatives of the civil republic at one of the CRM helicopters, they took the wounded Rick of Gilims in the ninth season of the original series. It is possible that in the second season of the protagonist if they do not show, then at least mentioned.
The release date of the second season "Walking the Dead: The world outside" has not yet been announced, but the continuation of the show is expected in 2021.
