Officieel: Kevin Hart is de toonaangevende "Oscar" 2019

In zijn Instagram deelde Kevin Hart zelf het nieuws over zijn afspraak, zei dat het zou proberen "dit" Oscar "speciaal te maken en opgemerkt:

"Ik ben nog steeds geschokt, omdat het al lang een van mijn doelen is geweest ... Word lid van de lijst met echt legendarische leiders die naar deze scène kwamen, zijn ongelooflijk. Ik weet dat mijn moeder nog steeds glimlacht. "

For years I have been asked if I would ever Host the Oscars and my answer was always the same...I said that it would be the opportunity of a lifetime for me as a comedian and that it will happen when it’s suppose to. I am so happy to say that the day has finally come for me to host the Oscars. I am blown away simply because this has been a goal on my list for a long time....To be able to join the legendary list of host that have graced that stage is unbelievable. I know my mom is smiling from ear to ear right now. I want to thank my family/friends/fans for supporting me & riding with me all this time....I will be sure to make this years Oscars a special one. I appreciate the @TheAcademy for the opportunity ....now it’s time to rise to the occasion #Oscars

Oscar Ratings 2018 hebben het historische anti-record bijgewerkt, dus volgend jaar zal de filuette verschillende wijzigingen aanbrengen in het huidige jaar. De duur van de televisie-uitzending van de ceremonie wordt verlaagd tot 3 uur en om de procedure te versnellen, in sommige nominaties, zullen de beeldjes worden overgedragen tijdens reclameonderbrekingen.

Een volledige lijst van genomineerden voor de Oscar Award wordt aangekondigd op 22 januari 2019, de prijsuitreiking zelf zal volgend jaar op 24 februari worden gehouden.
