In 2016, he left the popular zombie drama, since his character was killed. According to the actor himself, his such an outcome was not very sadly saddled - much more he was upset because of the need to part with friends along the set.
The actor held an online meeting with a colleague on the workshop by Reese Akhmedi as part of the new project Actors on Actors from Variety edition. In a conversation, Yang said that his character in the "walking dead man" was a good man, brave and friendly with everyone. At some point, the creators of the series made his hero "moral compass", and Yang was happy to play this role. Nevertheless, at some point he realized that he had reached his ceiling and had to move on.
"I didn't really resisted," the actor noticed, speaking about the decision to bring Glenna Ri from the series.
Meanwhile, the artist shared that some sadness due to leaving the project was still tested. He called a wonderful time spent on the set.
"But I just could not stop on it. I could not get stuck, playing just a good good-natured guy to the end of my career. In the soul, I did not feel as such. In the soul I can be angry, I can revenge. I can use all the other emotions, and I wanted to explore them in my game, "the Yang summed up.
